Our incoming 4K Red Hawks have been enjoying "Music, Motion, and Play for 4K" and "Jump Start to 4K" in summer school. The students practice their social skills, follow simple classroom directions, while meeting new friends. Welcome to the Milton family Red Hawks!

Such a beautiful, natural treasure--right here in Milton! Our Fitness Walking and Hiking students took their final hike at the Ice Age Trail at Storrs Lake. They explored the trail and learned about the fascinating "surprises" that the lake's environment holds.

#RedHawksAroundTheWorld - Northside Red Hawk Brandt kicked off his summer with a family trip to Cabo. Lots of sunshine, lots of swimming, and so much fun! Highlights included swimming with dolphins and spending time at the Marina. Thanks for sharing your adventure with us!

In our summer school Spanish course at Northside, our Red Hawks were introduced to the basics of Spanish language and explored the foods, legends, celebrations and art of Mexican and Latin American culture.

Our Beginning Piano students held a recital for their families the day before our enrichment summer school courses ended. The Red Hawks worked hard to develop their skills and their efforts showed! We're so proud of these students and how much effort they put into their learning!

#RedHawksAroundTheWorld - Harmony Red Hawk Caroline traveled to Charleston, South Carolina earlier this summer. When not competing at a dance competition, she enjoyed playing on the beach, swimming, and collecting sea shells. Looks like a fantastic time Caroline!

Many of our incoming 7th Grade Red Hawks attended our "Making the Move" summer school course at MMS. In "Making the Move," students prepared for their big transition from NIS, met staff and rehearsed their schedule.

Due to the forecasted extreme heat advisory, we are moving our 4K-3 Open Houses to Mon, Aug 28. Schools will be open to families from 4pm-6pm. This schedule change applies only to open houses at Consolidated, Harmony, Milton East and Milton West.

Due to the forecasted winter storm, the School District of Milton will close all schools Tue Jan 9. All scheduled before & after school activities, including all athletic events, practices, and club meetings will also be closed. There will be NO virtual instruction.

Due to the unplowed roads in some of our rural areas, we will have a two-hour delayed start today, Wednesday, January 10. There will be no AM 4K classes, and the 8:45 session of Early Childhood is also canceled.
