On Monday, I spoke at Sea-Air-Space , highlighting that a 3.0 MEU requirement is our North Star. When on station, MEUs provide our Nation's leaders with a range of options, supporting everything from expeditionary strikes to amphibious assaults to non-combatant evacuations.
