Here is Megan the School Council Secretary colouring in Captain Sedley our fundraising superhero with the money raised from the DVD sale. Remember we will be selling more DVD's on Thursday 23rd January to give him more super power.

Here is James in Seedlings class showing us his work on Animal Habitats. The children are adding pictures they have drawn to finish the whole display.

A huge THANK YOU to Libby, Inaaya and Libby's Mum who supervised the Y6 girls make 50 vanilla and chocolate cup cakes. They decorated them beautifully with red and white hearts, sprinkles and coloured icing. The girls completely sold out and raised £55.50 for their school.

We all enjoyed the pancake races today. Children were flipping their pancakes and catching them in the frying pan. Afterwards, all the children enjoyed a toasted pancake with toppings.

We celebrated reading on World Book Day with a book swop organised by Sir John Sedley PFA. The children dressed up as a character from a book and we had some historical, funny and serious costumes, but all were brilliant. Here is the YR class with the grown ups in costume too.

All the children looked amazing but here are our winners. A huge Thank You to Sir John Sedley PFA who presented them with a Book Token. KS1 YR Leo, Y1 Ted, Y2 Myla,

World Book Day winners: KS2 Y3 Poppy, Y4 Harry, Y5 William and Y6 Inaaya who made her own costume as The Hungry Caterpillar, she even made the leaf.

Saplings class are studying light. In this picture you can see the children are experiencing a complete absence of light under the blanket. Looks like they are having so much fun!
