Just because it’s Christmas, people’s mental health problems won’t suddenly go away. For a lot of people, they can feel more isolated this time of year. Check in on your friends, colleagues and loved ones. Open up a conversation about mental health.

Yesterday, we trained a reception class. We based our session around a story book which explained how the character was grumpy and sad but not bad. Learning to manage feelings is important to help children develop socially, emotionally, mentally and physically.
