A Red-throated Diver heading west past Selsey Bill this morning between heavy rain storms. Selsey Birder
Great day yesterday at RSPB Pagham Harbour & Church Norton despite midday high tide. 62 species inc a yellowhammer, dartford warbler, 2 wheatear, kingfisher, grey plovers, marsh harrier, 10+ swallows, flock of 20+ goldcrest & a raven Sussex Birding Sussex Ornithology
After HOURS of searched, finally found a Yellow-Browed Warbler on the Selsey Peninsula this morning with Peter Alfrey at the ever rare looking East Head, West Wittering! Pallasβs next ! Selsey Birder

The Herring Gulls at Selsey Bill this afternoon seemed to be up for a bit of bat and ball. Selsey Birder
After to presumed Pallid Swifts were seen at the Selsey Birder Bill yesterday, this morning we all joked about seeing one today, then at 8AM I scanned behind us and picked this up! 1/3
It was milky brown in the bins, Sadly was too distant for capture most plumage details but Peter Alfrey photo above, but you can just about make out the beady eye and the chunky structure of a Pallid Swift! After a jaunt out over the sea in came back in and disappeared! 2/3

A raft of 21 Shags drifted east past Selsey Bill early this morning. Later a flock of Brent also headed east and 3 Red-breasted Mergansers went west. Selsey Birder
