Our latest paper is out and we have just released an update of CryoVesNet code for automatic segmentation of synaptic vesicles github.com/Zuber-group/Cr…. It now includes a Pyto wrapper to easily segment tethers and connectors. A lot of credits to @AmeeeeNeuro. #TeamTomo
