Another week, another excellent seminar! Today, Prof. Marc Hillmyer gave an inspiring talk on "Ring-opening metathesis polymerizations of cyclooctenes to give functional polymers with applications at the intersection of sustainability and polymer science". See you all in a month!

Proud of this work, finally online in Macromolecules pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10…! We show that tailorable nanoparticle-based bonds can be used to design mechanically robust, self-healing polymer networks. Assembly of NP bonds and polymers is also reversible with recovered properties

Attended an incredible lecture by @CarolynBertozzi last night at the Desert Botanical Garden! Her insights on the intersection of chemistry and biology were truly inspiring. A powerful reminder of how curiosity, persistence, and interdisciplinary collaboration can make an impact.
