Iranian singer, Parastoo Ahmadi, has performed without her hijab in a livestream on Youtube. Iran’s ‘morality laws’ make it mandatory for women to wear hijabs and they are not allowed to sing in public, meaning she risks years of imprisonment.

Abolfazl Adinezadeh, 17, skipped school to join anti-regime protests on 8 October 2022, but he never returned home. Security forces killed him by firing a shotgun at him at point-blank range in the city of Mashhad. His sister posted this story today.
