Introducing our Picpoul Blanc! This variety was the first wine we brought back to CA from TX. It’s also the first white we’ve made with no malo, no barrel fermentation, and no oak aging. It’s a full circle moment for us that I can’t wait to share!!!

We softly opened yesterday and are officially open at 411 East Main Street in Fredericksburg! Come taste with us every Thursday through Sunday at the new location!!! 🥂

Today we enjoyed the Serrano Wine 2018 Sparkling Rosé. From the Russell Family Vineyard in Paso. Wonderful wine and pairs well with the Texas heat. #wine #PasoWine #TXWinery
