Sven Mayer delivered a great tutorial on statistics for HCI… from basics to linear mixed models and Bayesian statistics - he also had very practical recipes. The decision tree for what stats to do by Valentin Schwind is really helpful (hci-studies.org)!

For two days our researchers have been hacking hard at the SFB-TRR 161 #hackathon! In four teams, they develop #software solutions at the intersection of visualization, interaction, and eye-tracking. We're excited for the publications that will result from their collaboration🤩

So amazed to get the chance to do my dream research on Human-AI interaction supported by European Research Council (ERC) - check out ai-twin.eu - how can we create AI models that encode our very personal experiences and how to use them to amplify our cognitive abilities?
