I’ve always loved the library summer programs as a kid, mom, teacher, and now as an author. Using Heroes Don’t Have to Fly, we talked about how we can use words in empowering ways. The kids took paint blobs, and made them into colorful creatures saying kind words. Clever Publishing

One of my favorite parts of the Ag in the Classroom Conferences is the field trips. Today, we visited a certified organic farm where they grow carrots, beets, cabbage, broccoli, leafy greens, strawberries, and more. #naitc25 Feeding Minds Press

Another wonderful National Agriculture in the Classroom Conference this year in Minneapolis. I enjoyed attending and presenting sessions. I loved reuniting with some awesome ag educators. I even got to enjoy a quick visit from a college friend! Feeding Minds Press
