Mohamud Beenebeene officiated the handover/takeover ceremony Somalia National Bureau of Statistics, where Dr. Abdisalan Abdirahman Mohamed formally assumed the role of Director-General, succeeding Mr. Sharmarke Mohamed Farah. The event was attended by the State Minister, Deputy Minister, & other guests.

📊 Today marks a significant milestone at SNBS as outgoing DG Sharmarke Farah, officially handed over to the new DG, Dr. Abdisalam Abdirahman Mohamed Abdisalam Mohamed. The ceremony was overseen by H.E Mohamud Abdirahman Beenebeene, Hon. Mohamud Beenebeene, Minister for MoPIED.


Honored to preside over the handover ceremony at Somalia National Bureau of Statistics as Dr. Abdisalan Abdirahman Mohamed assumed the role of Director-General, succeeding Mr. Sharmarke Farah. Best wishes to Dr. Abdisalan in his new role and gratitude to Mr. Sharmarke for his service.
