In January Shaun Bailey wrote to Sir Sadiq to request a London Grooming Gang Inquiry to put to bed the question of whether this evil existed in London and get victims justice. Today, we outline a fully-costed plan to put £4.49m aside for a London-wide inquiry 👇


We cannot just build more. Some ideas I raised at Shaun Bailey's housing conference to fix our housing market included: 🔹️make shared ownership fairer 🔹️include rent payments on credit scores 🔹️end quantity over quality targets: focus on high quality, family homes.

Following his London Housing Conference, Shaun Bailey visited the Barratt London West Acton development, Royal Gateway, to see how the developer is helping to regenerate the site and provide the housing necessary to tackle the crisis of high rents and house prices in London.
