Learning a new language with Mrs Jan in Sign Language club. Children learnt the alphabet, short phrases and how to sign their own names.

Who can get he highest score on the target? Lots of children earned great scores in Archery club with Miss Bibi.

We’ve had lots of new equipment in our playground over the last couple of years. Mrs Gill and the Photography club took photos of this and created then edited their own video montage.

Playground games involved lots of things for the children with Miss Noreen. The children played with skipping ropes, hoops, balls and the hopscotch and had lots of fun!

Mr Daish taught children how to play a new sport, Gaelic Football. The children learnt new passes and how to score in this sport that originated in Ireland.

Children were very creative with just beads and water in Aquabeads club. Mrs Ball taught the children how to create different patterns and shapes to take home.

Children in recorders club learnt how to play songs and tunes following the music sheets with Mrs Beatty this afternoon! What a beautiful tune!

Yummy trifle was made in our second cooking club of the day with Miss Markman. The children layered their dessert for a delicious afternoon treat!

What a fantastic time we have all had for our annual Special Interest Clubs! Thank you to our wonderful children and staff for such an exciting afternoon!

Today is the Shaw Hill Summer Fayre! Children have already started jumping on the bouncy castle and there are lots of painted faces walking around the school. It looks like it will be a very fun day at school!

Today, we held our summer attendance awards assembly. Children were awarded with either bronze, silver or gold certificates. Some lucky winners were even awarded prizes for their attendance this year. Well done to the children for coming to school every day!

Today, we say goodbye to Mrs Sandhu, Mr Daish and Miss Shazad. We would like to wish them all the very best for the future and good luck in all of your future endeavours. Thank you for all that you have done for our school - we will miss you all!
