Let’s start fixing resource extraction. Years of NDP neglect are putting BC in an economic depression. Have you had enough yet? bcconservativecaucus.ca/john-rustad-an…

Every morning in this province, we wake up to another headline that reads like it was copied and pasted from the day before: shooting, stabbing, assault, another community shaken. And every time, government steps up to a microphone, says a few careful words, and then does

It’s clear that the NDP wants to distract from its failed record by attacking firearm owners. Enabling criminals and addicts is simply dangerous. Have you had enough yet?

There needs to be clarity around private property rights. This NDP driven uncertainty is destructive. Have you had enough yet?

George Heyman ignored environmental warnings as Minister. Now the NDP’s handing him $150K to “resolve” BC’s longest strike. From inaction to incompetence, and still getting paid. Friends of Eby's failing and still getting paid. cheknews.ca/province-order…

I continue to be impressed by the excellent service provided by the Legislative Assembly Protective Service. A few of my MLA colleagues and staff and I underwent familiarization training on their firearm systems - grateful for the experience and skills presented.

It’s time for the province to tell people what they new and when about. The Cowichan dump sites. What is the damage to the drinking water aquifer and the salmon bearing Cowichan River? What is being done to fix this mess?

Sheldon Clare (@sheldonclarebc) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Today during Question Period I asked the Minister of Environment and Parks to state that Cowichan’s drinking water and aquifer are safe. This multi level problem has been known about by the province for many years, and action to fix it has been slow. drive.google.com/file/d/1iAdJoO…

Residents of the Cowichan Valley are starting to wonder: "Is the water in my glass safe to drink?" Rampant illegal dumping is happening upstream of their drinking water, right now, and it has been happening for years. How long has the government known? How bad is it?

Between that and the NDP’s 2021 Interpretation Amendment Act which required all legislation to go through the DRIPA filter, BC’s economy is in serious trouble.

🚨BREAKING: Leader of the Official Opposition Conservatives Trevor Halford has sent a letter to Premier Eby calling on him to IMMEDIATELY recall the legislature so that DRIPA can be completely repealed. We can do this in one day if every MLA in the House agrees. What do you think?

As we have said all along, DRIPA is divisive and economically destructive. Let’s reconvene the house and repeal it now before there is more damage to B.C. and our people.

Just to be clear, Conservative Interim Leader Trevor Halford was elected after the DRIPA legislation was passed. He never did vote for it. BC Conservatives campaigned to repeal DRIPA, and that’s what we will do.

And where is the $550,000,000 million dollars or that was for Quesnel Hixon Road and Durrell Road as part of the Cariboo Road Recovery Project? Was it redirected to this lower mainland bridge? x.com/bcconservcaucu…
