In response to #ClimateEmergency, our partners supported 2,000 families with: 📦1,557 NFI kits ⛺️383 emergency shelters ⛺️1,850 plastic sheets 📢More distributions are planned in other governorates, but additional assessment capacity and emergency shelters are urgently needed.

An IDP site in the outskirts of Sana'a, home to 200 displaced families, faced severe flooding after over 1 meter of rainfall. UNHCR Yemen, Shelter Cluster Yemen and our partner are working on essential flood mitigation measures, building drainage systems to protect these families.
