2 pm update: We are closely watching three supercell storms approaching west Alabama. These are circled on the map and have a history of producing tornadoes as they move northeast at around 50 mph. Other storms are developing along this axis as well.

3:00 pm update: The primary storm that has our attention at this time is in northern Sumter County and is headed northeast w/ intensifying rotation. People in SE Pickens County, NW Greene County, and Tuscaloosa County need to pay attention to this storm and heed any warnings.
