Great day learning 1-2-3 Reset: A Trauma-Sensitive Guide to Behavioral Intervention. Participants left with the 8-week intervention book, a wobble seat, book, fidgets, sand timers, hand therapy sponges, hoberman sphere, sensory discs, chair bands, and a weighted animal! GRRECKY

Loved the learning and growing I got to experience while completing the ASCA U Grief & Loss Specialist training. The reading - books and articles - and videos were so informative and relevant both for work and personally. Next up - Trauma & Crisis Specialist. ASCA

Participated in a Sandtray training this week. Learned about using this method - how trauma shows up in the sand, why it can unlock deep healing, how key trauma themes show up again and again, and how and what to say (and what not to say). And I won a welcome box!!
