Getting involved in #SherryWeek with a glass of Williams&Humbert Canasta cream sherry served over ice with a slice of orange. That's how they serve their cream sherry at Bar 44 Tapas y Copas, so that's good enough for me too.

Day 5 of #SherryWeek with Sherry Wines Int. Today we sip Peninsula, @BodegasLustau Palo Cortado. An enigmatic style shrouded in legends and myths. But... is it really? Clever marketing shenanigans that do wonders, that's for sure! The wine though, yum!

Day 6 of #SherryWeek with Sherry Wines Int. with a classic Fino Jarana of @BodegasLustau. I feel that Jerez is now like a huge toy store for Fino lovers. And one that won't make you broke no matter how bananas you'll go. There is so much to choose from it's impossible to ignore.
On Day 7 of #SherryWeek we give you Christmas pudding in a glass with Nectar PX by @tiopepewine at @casamoralessevilla #sevilla 🥂 Dark chocolate is the classic pairing, or just pour it over vanilla ice cream. For some contrast try PX with a lovely aged stilton.
