change is inevitable. Just depends what are you changing into. Energy cannot neither be created nor destroyed, it can only transfer from one to another. On a subtle level your cells are continuously responding n changing depending on the energy they get.

It's not about the diet, it's about how it's carried out. The body recognizes this process as starvation, as soon as that happens. The body kicks in it's defence. That's why initially you might see results but the more you diet, the harder it gets to loose weight.
