Pathetic service by MakeMyTrip. I booked a hotel for Inr3333 and paid them. Once I reached hotel , it was absolutely filthy hotel . I refused to stay and lodged a complaint with MakeMyTrip and they refused to refund my money . MMT did not pay for product failure

MakeMyTrip now says that they can not refund because I could not give them photos . It is a clear cut cheating . The platform says it’s 3 star hotel … in reality it’s a filthy hotel

Make my trip now has found another style of refusing… everyday they depute one person to talk to me and then the new person requests for 25 hours to resolve and then after 24 hours they come and say the same thing that they can not refund , because I have no Photos…

They are still showing the Hotel as 3 star . Name of the hotel is Green Snapper in Delhi near Delhi University.. what a joke
