Also welcome to 2 new PhD students who also started @UQ_sees who will also be working on the project. Sienna Blanckensee will be working on the models with David Gwyther and Molly Husdell will be looking at microfossils in sediment cores to reconstruct environmental change.

Last week I attended the inaugural #SOOS conference for all things Southern Ocean & Antarctica in Hobart. It was an incredible experience hearing all the new and upcoming science in the field, meeting scientists from all over the world and getting lots of ideas for my own work!
