Our TOC delivers two major takeaway messages: 1. surface hydrogenation pathways on copper play minor role in furfural reduction activity relative to direct protonation; 2. low pH and moderate negative potentials favor 2-methyl furan 🌱⚡️⛽️

Completed my (hopefully last) PhD duty talk DTU for undergraduates on our ongoing AIMD project. The most important takeaway of this lecture experience is that we should spend more time tailoring our specialized knowledge to a broad and young audience.
