Thanks Barby Singer and A Neuro Physio Podcast. Barby it may be that serial casting has fallen away. The complex cases with the really severe issues have the biggest gaps in evidence, and the skill mix is a huge challenge for clinicians, particularly to address issues early. #braininjury

We still must remember while this stat is great news, #stroke continues to be a leading cause of long term #disability and ⬇️ cognition. Need to read further but 👀 as though we have #global disparity in stroke rates. #stroke recovery research and care need to be a top priority!
