Grateful to #immunotherapy experts Luca Gattinoni & Dragana Slavkovic-Lukic for their visionary views on our Nature Nanotechnology work! Read "News & Views" on how our nanowire breakthrough can finally unleash the potential of naive T cell-based immunotherapies! 1/2 nature.com/articles/s4156…

Humbled to read "Just as Neil Armstrong’s small step onto the lunar surface opened up vast new possibilities in space exploration, these tiny nanowires could pave the way for next-generation cancer treatment, unleashing the potential of naive T cell-based immunotherapy."🙏2/2

“The progressive restriction in differentiation potential (of T cells) correlates with a concomitant decline in the cell’s therapeutic efficacy.” - We engineered a nanotech that disrupts this critical barrier in T cell engineering! Original work: nature.com/articles/s4156… N&V:👇🏽

Can human immune organoids induce a de novo B cell response from scratch? A human PBMC sample can have both naïve and memory B cells directed against H1N1. We removed memory cells and induced germinal center and antibody response from naive cells! Read Singh Lab at Georgia Tech's new work!

#Forces, for the win! 💪 It only took 30 yrs of advancement for "mechano-immunology" to emerge as a new mechanism in X-linked Hyper-IgM pathology! Could these forces also drive #lymphoma & #cancer pathogenesis? Up next w/ @Chengzhulab & @NCIPhySci! #ScienceTakesTime #mechanotime
