Local partners from 21 hospitals included >900 patients into a protocol. 110 (13%) were diagnosed with arbovirus infections (four had coinfections or cross-reactivity): one (<1%) with CCHFV, 16 (2%) with TBEV, 44 (5%) with TOSV, and 53 (6%) with WNV.
