Sundance (Blue) chair will not be spinning today due to mechanical issues and the T-Rex t-bar will be running in its place from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Please note that the Sundance (Blue) Chair will not run today due to maintenance - it is unlikely to operate this weekend. Our issue has been identified and parts are on their way (from the Eastern US). T-Rex t-bar will spin, maintaining our access to Red Chair! #skicastle

After morning assessment of terrain, we've made the difficult decision to close Huckleberry Chair for the day. Significant rainfall over the past 36 hours has left us with unsafe conditions on Lone Ranger, at this time. Green Chair will remain open for the day (1 of 2).

While we are open for business today, expect modified operations in accordance with our cold weather policy. Our cut off for running aerial lifts is -30 at either the top or bottom terminal of that lift. (1 of 4)

With temps already at -34 at ridgetop it's reasonable to expect we'll be shut out of the alpine today. Also, temperatures have also likely already reached -30 at mid-mountain, meaning it's reasonable to expect neither Huck nor Sundance (Blue) Chair will spin today. (2 of 4)

While that doesn't leave us with much, trusty ol' T-Rex t-bar should spin this morning, hopefully at or near 9:30 AM. Crews may need a little additional time to warm up T-Rex, so delays aren't out of the question. (3 of 4)

If you're willing / able to bear the temps, the skiing and riding is pretty superb, thanks to more than 50 cm's over the past 96 hours. There is lots of terrain on the lower mountain for you to enjoy. (4 of 4)

Tamarack (Red) Chair is on hold until snow conditions in the alpine soften to the point where they're safer and more enjoyable. Spring-like conditions are slower to materialize this morning, due to slightly cooler temps and mostly overcast skies.
