I think it's time for a Long Beach State coaching hot board. There's a clear leader for the Dirtbags opening with several solid candidates. Stay tuned.

Another excellent assistant coach just hit the market. Chris Gordon spent six years at Duke, culminating in the role of Pitching Coach, before becoming a coordinator at Texas. His squads have made 3 Super Regionals in the last 7 seasons. Trusted & respected around the country.

Saw two terrible injuries at East Cobb today and the response was concerning. One kid on ground without proper medical attention, bleeding from head, for 20+ minutes before ambulance arrived. Another looked like he tore a ligament & nobody came to help. Coaches carried him off.
