Fancy a squash? Here's a lovely one grown by Lloyds Bank Foundation charity partner Growing Well I saw on sale at Tebay Services on the M6. Fantastic charity, fantastic squash (and that's not a phrase I use every day).

This is a huge national issue with lack of MH care, patients spending days in Emergency Departments. Compassion and care only goes so far when stuck in a cubicle for days surrounded by loud noise and no comforts. Huge under resourced area and it is literally killing people ☹️

It was a privilege to welcome MP Daniel Zeichner and Janet Hughes to Growing Well yesterday. Food & Rural affairs absolutely encompass community mental health as well as horticulture. We do both, concurrently, and the benefits to individuals and society are huge. 🌱
