Congratulations to Chemistry Department second-year Banerjee Group members David Santos and Nic Cool as well as outstanding Banerjee Group undergraduate researcher Jonathan van Buskirk!!! Very well-deserved.

Does #graphene inhibit or accelerate #corrosion? Rachel Davidson addresses this debate in our article just published in ACS Applied Nano Materials - fun collaboration with the groups of Castenada and Matt Pharr from TAMU Engineering and Bai-Xiang Xu from TU Darmstadt pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10… …

Excited and honored to be named one of the recipients of the 2021 IUPAC-Solvay International Award for Young Chemists. Thank you to all of my colleagues in Chemistry Department, our amazing collaborators for their support, and of course an amazing advisor in Sarbajit Banerjee!

Excited to have this work appear in Patterns, a Cell Press journal - a detailed workflow for phase ID and compositional/strain mapping in battery electrode materials w/Bai-Xiang Xu’s group TU Darmstadt spearheaded by David Santos @JLAndrews_Chem Binbin Lin @Petstn (1/3)

Congratulations! This is amazing news and so well deserved. You’re going to crush it UD Chemistry & Biochemistry!!

Feeling humbled to be included among the other scientists selected for the 2023 #CASFutureLeaders program. Thank you CAS for the great honor! Thrilled to be representing Sarbajit Banerjee Chemistry Department and @DincaGroupMIT groups. Can't wait to meet you all this summer!

So impressive! Prof. Luis R. De Jesús Báez just gave an excellent talk on the exciting new results coming out of his lab UB Dept of Chemistry . Looking forward to more exciting results in the future!

This afternoon, Yuting Luo gave a great talk on her work on improving energy storage and diffusion in vanadium oxide cathode materials with Sarbajit Banerjee . Excited to see what you do at Johns Hopkins MatSci !

It is a huge honor to be selected among this year's ORAU Ralph E. Powe Junior Faculty Enhancement Award winners! I am beyond excited to get to work using this award to study energy storage in low dimensional electrides Purdue Chemistry Purdue Science. chem.purdue.edu/media/news/202…
