Brig Nigel Beacom QVRM TD VR DL writes: I attended the Citizenship ceremony in the splendour of the OMB in Taunton yesterday on behalf of the Lord-Lieutenant where we welcomed 31 new citizens from 20 different countries and handed them out their citizenship certificates.

On 29th May the Lord-Lieutenant was delighted to attend the Victoria Art Gallery in Bath to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the opening of the building . The Grade II listed building was built to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria and houses over 1,500 objects of art.
