7yo 15 kg tricuspid/pulmonary atresia, 3.5 MBTT shunt @ birth. Sat 60% (see clubbing in pic). Did a hemi-Fontan, as easier to takedown to a shunt, if he didn't tolerate it. Post-op PAP 18, LAP 12 and Sat 86% on FiO2 0.3!
