Finished my Junior season off with a second place finish at the state meet yesterday! I ran a new PR of 18:42! So thankful for my teammates and everyone who made this season memorable. Go cyclones!

I had a great first meet yesterday at Central College! I ran a 5 second PR in the 3000, 10:39, and finished the 1500 in 5:01. Excited to see where this season takes me!

Outdoor season is off to a great start! I’ve been feeling very strong in the 3k and 1500. I’ve also been doing lots speed work in the last few meets, running plenty of 800s. So far my best split in the 4x800 is 2:24 and I hope to keep improving! Looking forward to our next meet!

Last week was full of many more great races! I ran a season best in the 1500 with 4:58 and cut 14 seconds for a new PR in the 3000 with 10:24! Thank you to my coaches, teammates, and family for all the support this year!

It’s been a goal of mine to run at the Drake Relays this season, so I am thrilled to announce that I will be running the 3000 meter run this Thursday at 6:07 PM. Super excited for this race!

Drake relays did not disappoint! It was such a great experience to be able to run in such a cool atmosphere with some of Iowas best! I raced the 3000 and tied my PR, 10:24. Special thanks to my teammates and coaches for making this day extra special!

Ended the 2024 season on the Blue Oval! I placed 4th in the 3000 with 10:27, and 3rd in the 1500 with a new PR of 4:48. I was also the 800 leg of the distance medley and my split was 2:23. I’m so grateful for this experience and everyone who has helped me this season!
