It’s a game for 1st place to head into the CCL All Star Break. The Stompers take on the Merchants in Alameda TIED atop the North. Jaden Bitter and Jayden Harper face off on the mound and Kiran Costa caught up with Skipper Zack Pace before the game.

Max Handron has earned Sonoma Stompers Player of the Week honors. The UC Berkeley third baseman hit 12-for-23 (.522), tallied nine RBIs and had a five-hit performance Saturday against the Legends, raising his season batting average to .426.

The Sonoma Stompers will send four players to the CCL Showcase Game: P/C Luke Duncan (San Joaquin Delta College Baseball) P Harun Pelja (YSU Baseball 🐧) SS Colton Boardman (CSUN Baseball) P Braden Guentz (Pepperdine Baseball/ Transfer) Brady Shannon (YSU Baseball 🐧) will participate in the Home Run Derby.
