Over 50 gathered in Antananarivo, Madagascar, for the National Sorghum Platform Meeting. We were joined by farmer associations, private sector partners, INGO & Government of Madagascar reps to discuss progress on the accelerated sorghum adaption trials & value chain development.

Our Nat Bascom & Mina Randrianarisoa with FOFIFA signed a technical cooperation agreement with the USAID-funded HARENA project Chief of Party. This partnership in the Menabe region of Madagascar will support scaling of improved sorghum seed with farmer networks and more.

The GCSM and FOFIA teams have spent the last two days training the ADRA technical teams in Ampanihy in southern Madagascar. The training is both theoretical in the classroom and practical in farmers' demo plots. #sorghum #fofia #usaid
