It's World Mental Health Day and is celebrated every year on the 10th of October. This year, the theme reminds us of the importance of 'mental health at work.' Safe, healthy working environments can act as a protective factor for mental health.Mental health, let's talk about it.

Great meeting today with Voluntary Health Scotland team and members. Some excellent discussion around involving the voluntary sector with the Population Health Framework. Very pleased to see alcohol, tobacco and drugs highlighted as a theme.
