Weekend recap: Cards lost a tough one Friday night 3-0 to Boissevain Centennials and won big Sunday against ElkhornExpos 23-9. The guys look to get to 2-3 on the season with a matchup against Wawanesa Brewers tonight at Mote Field. 7pm first pitch.

CARDS WIN! The boy’s take down Wawanesa Brewers by a score of 5-3. Tyson Kozak-Rossiter son of former cards/brewer pitcher Trevor Kozak goes 7 strong for the W! Next action Friday in Virden vs Virden Oilers.

Cards take down Reston Rockets by a score of 13-11 in 9 innings. Avery Kirkup goes 6 strong on the mound followed by 3 strong innings from Tyson Kozak-Rossiter. Cory King goes 4-5 at the plate with 6 RBI’s! Next action Tuesday vs Rivers Comets in Rivers.
