Larkhall household waste and recycling centre is currently closed due to a medical emergency. Householders with booked appointments for Larkhall, are being redirected to the Strathaven site (Hamilton Road Industrial Estate, Strathaven, ML10 6UB).

St John The Baptist Nursery, Uddingston will have an 11am delayed start today (Monday 24 March). The nursery will be in touch with parents with any further updates. The Primary School is open as normal.

Rigside Primary School and Nursery will both be closed today due to a fire overnight. We will post more information when we have it.

Unfortunately, the fire at Rigside Nursery means it will be closed for the rest of this week and we will update parents about contingency plans. Rigside Primary School will remain closed for pupils tomorrow, Tuesday 13 May, with further updates to follow.
