We ran a workshop for Growing Sudley CIC to help them design their new green roof. Plans for a 100m2 biodiverse roof with pollinator friendly planting and a diverse range of habitats.. and maybe even a pond.

Brilliant turn out for our open day today. Almost 100 people attended from 30 organisations including @BigLifeTweets One Manchester ACMHS Greater Manchester Mental Health MFT NHS. Lots of opportunities for partnership working to improve wellbeing, save people money, and create a more sustainable city.

Yesterday we provided Social Therapeutic Horticulture training for prison staff from across the country, teaching skills to better support inmates' physical and mental wellbeing through gardening. A great way to wrap up our The RHS Community Plant-Sharing pilot project!

Hugely enjoyable visit today to ⁦Northern Lily Community Garden in Failsworth. Not only do they grow thousands of meals each year for the local community, they teach green skills courses, run forest schools, keep goats, and run kayaking activities. Highly recommended!
