On this Labor Day holiday, we salute Ohio’s working men and women who contribute greatly to the well-being of Ohio’s communities and to our great State and Nation.

There are over 700,000 military veterans throughout Ohio, including 13 members of the Ohio House of Representatives who have served our nation. We offer special recognition today for their service. Thank you to all veterans for protecting and defending our country and freedoms!

In changing and challenging times, there is still always something to be thankful for. From my family to yours, have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

This Memorial Day 2022, let us again be reminded of those who gave their lives to defend our nation and our liberty. We honor their sacrifice and re-dedicate ourselves to the cause and ideals for which they nobly fought and died.

It's been 246 years since the Declaration of Independence and the beginning of the U.S.A. Our nation’s founders built a foundation that has stood the test of time as we continue to be a beacon for freedom and liberties across the globe. I wish you all a safe & happy 4th of July!

Today, we salute all of Ohio’s working women and men whose talents and drive contribute so much to our state and country.

We are thankful for the service and dedication of our military veterans. This Veterans Day we thank all of our veterans who have served our nation, whether in time of war and conflict -- or in time of peace but always prepared to defend our freedom loving nation and it's people.
