Speed & Hurdle Coach RP Sportsmith Use Velocity based training to get strong. Don’t get me wrong. It’s great for gamification/learning and motivating for player. Whilst being informative for the coach for prescription of load. But max strength on only has secondary/tertiary transfer to running fast.
