Backyard Drills: Working on reaction time and footwork with these random light-up targets combined with a 3-second buzzer

A coach we had the privilege of working with for the first time this week just gave me the best compliment: “He is very very skilled it’s actually scary how skilled he is and his best skill is he’s coachable”
