Very sad news. Judge Ilešič was a giant of the sports community, a CJEU Judge who sat on cases like Murphy, Bernard, and MOTOE. He was also a friend of @SportandEU, and keynote speaker in our 2021 Conference. His profound contribution to law and sport has left an indelible mark.
