Why am I feeling all those surgical strikes & operations carried out by nations as retaliation for terror attacks (Operation Sindoor, Balakot Air Strike & Uri Surgical Strike (India) and Operation Neptune Spear (USA)) in this poem? 🤔🤔🤔❓❓❓❓

Need help from my friends as I don't wanna my parents to get upset over it.. Why my mind is so swirling in loop round terror attacks & the pathetic cries of the victims and their families are playing on loop in my mind? My mind's been clouded. What should I do remove the clouds?

We were the breath before the storm each heartbeat a tremor that shook the world we thought we knew. Now, we are the dust that gathers in forgotten for in the end, we are the fire, we are the ash, we are the wound that will never heal but always burn.

Religious extremism & racism has increased a lot. Recently, one of my favorite composers Amaal Mallik has been a targeted by a few desiring to create communal hatred. Humanity is above all religions. From now on, I'll block those people promoting communal hatred & racism.
