My result of the day goes to Sprowston FC Womens for their 6-4 win away to Mulbarton Wanderers Ladies FC Development. Sprowston FC Womens were thumped in this same fixture last season but they resurrected that wrong today in stunning fashion winning this 10 Goal thriller.Well done to them all👏🧡🖤

Everyone at Sprowston FC are saddened to hear the news of the passing of Andy Hutchin. A coach/volunteer/friend and all around nice guy who was a part of the Sprowston family for many years. Will be sorely missed in women’s football, our condolences go out to his family 🧡🖤💙💜

Today we travelled with a heavily depleted squad to Youngs Park in Norfolk FA County Cups action, and suffered a 3-1 loss, good performance from a bare 11 tho and all minutes in the tank 💪 Good luck to Aylsham Women & Girls FC in the next round

Solid performance from the bare 11 today, key players missing, but on the receiving end of a 4-1 defeat - not reflective of our performance, which puts us out on the cup… Look forward to the league games against Bungay Town Ladies with a complete squad 💪

Another 3 points on the NWGFL league table Credit to Aylsham Women & Girls FC who were 2-0 up, playing some great football, pushed us all the way, but we came back with a 3-2 win 🥳 Fantastic penalty save from Tyla Cole 🧤🤩⭐️ and a goal each for Bea Silva, Katie Moore and the Gaffa!
