I learnt this from my trips to the Indian subcontinent. A small plastic bag attached to the biopsy port of duodenoscope during ERCP to collect the spurting bile. These simple clever innovations make so much of a difference. (I need to attach a smaller bag next time) #GITwitter

Srisha Hebbar We r doing this for last many yrs and also reported. We take bag of the mouth piece so don't need to spend single penny. Very effective in controlling spillage

Navigating complications requires individuals to consider different viewpoints and approaches, expanding their understanding of the situation. Complications can be a powerful teacher of humility. Thanks for opening up Keith Siau #GItwitter

There is no one way of doing the same thing. Having a conducive environment to explore individual situations and personal preferences will lead to alternative effective methods. That's been the aim of "Advanced cannulation day". A collaborative effort! Sajjad Mahmood Sundeep Lakhtakia

Snare tip coagulation Previous incomplete polyp resection. On piecemeal EMR, visible vessel with bleeding, which was coagulated with snare tip. Snare tip is a great accessory for coagulation of vessel, resection margin and mucosal incision in small hybrid EMR/ESD #GItwitter

FB (wide diameter) removal. Gastric overtube, made 2 x slits at the lower end. FB was captured with snare & negotiated partly into the lips of the slit overtube. With a constant pressure on the catheter, overtube with FB was pulled out. What's your technique ? #GItwitter
