At our staff inset we begin the year reflecting on the journey of these 3 wise men, and seek to embody the truth of Jesus Christ throughout all areas of the curriculum in service to our pupils and the school’s wider community ❤️🙏✝️🎄🌟

At this morning’s assembly, our Y6s launched the #SMSC & Citizenship Month programme today with drama, dance and song, exploring this year’s theme #WonderfullyMade - a celebration of what makes each of us unique and special as part of God’s creation ❤️✝️🥳🌟🙌🏾🕊️

Last term we welcomed several special guests to our end of term #SMSC 'Wear Red Day' Celebration Assembly. Our pupils gave generously to @StMartin_Tour The Magpie Project NASSA & St Antony of Padua, Forest Gate who are supporting those most in need in our communities #LivingByFaith 👐👐🏻👐🏾👐🏿🕊️

We also paid tribute to the late Fr Marco G Lopes for the incredible legacy left behind since his untimely passing last year by presenting the team St Martin of Tours’ Church, Plaistow with the Community Wealth Builder Award which the #RoyalDocksLivingWageActionGroup won last year ❤️🙏✝️🕊️🌟

This morning we had Margaret from CAFOD Schools share the incredible work their are doing to support communities in Liberia ❤️🙏 Our pupils generously raised a whopping £700 to support this initiative! Many thanks to CAFOD for the your dedication and inspiration 🔥✝️🕊️🤝

LONDON MAYORAL ASSEMBLY 2024 with London Citizens last night our young people shared the struggles many in our communities experience through song #IAmAStranger to a room of 2000+ people! Great to hear Labour candidate Sadiq Khan commit to challenging these injustices 💪🏻💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾💪🏿

This morning NewhamCitizens gathered to launch the report on the Impact of Inadequate Housing on Educational Experience. A huge thank you to @pennybernstock1 and her team for compiling this research. Our pupils also delivered on message in song #HomesForThePeople 🏠🏠🏠

Last night’s #GeneralElection assembly was an incredible demonstration of solidarity from comprising 2000+ people from all the UK, holding electoral candidates to account. So proud of our pupils’ spectacular performance of #CelebrateTheLivingWage 👏👏👏
