What a beautiful celebration for the Feast of St Thomas Aquinas, our trust patron saint.

It was good to celebrate the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord with 60 of our Headteachers who were on Retreat. It gave me an opportunity to thank them for being faith leaders in their schools. My grateful thanks for a warm welcome & to the DES team for their organisation.

A beautiful liturgy led jointly by Y5/6 and Y1/2 pupils.

Happy St Patrick's Day. St Patrick was a humble, gentle man, whose love and total devotion to and trust in God should be a shining example to each of us.

The Eco Team at St Francis have been busy refilling our bug houses and putting them round to school to encourage biodiversity. They also weeded our strawberry plants which have flowers on them already!

What a fabulous afternoon we all had on Friday taking part in the Colour Dash to raise money for disadvantaged children. We have had all of our sponsorship money collected and will receive conformation of how much we raised later on this week. Well done to all!

Our school virtue this week is confidence. On of our wonderful pupils has shown this in bucketloads as he took the plunge and cut his long hair to donate to the Princess Trust!!
