Today’s #AugustAngels are by Salvadoran artist Fernando Llort, who designed the cross of the National Shrine of St Oscar Romero. These two guard the shrine’s relics: a zucchetto worn by the saint, & part of the alb he was wearing when he was assassinated while celebrating Mass.
