At the beginning of May in our #StGerardsScience and #StGerardsOutdoorLearning session, Class 2 planted spring onion bulbs hoping they would grow. We have been watering them and looking after them for the past month and today we got to harvest and taste them.

Class 3 have been learning what types of food the Tudors ate. They sorted out food into three categories: poor, rich and would not have ate. #StGerardsHistory

Class 5 heard the gospel from Matthew. We heard how Simon recognises Jesus as the son of God and how Jesus gives Simon a new name Peter. Jesus tells Peter that he will build his church on him. We reflected on how we can show strength like Simon Peter. #StGerardsPrayerandLiturgy
